    Description

    The Sr. Supply Operations Program Manager supports the Total InteGrated Engine Revitalization (TIGER) Public Private Partnership (PPP) Program, which includes production, development, and sustainment activities for the AGT1500 engine. This role focuses on hardware and supply operations management, ensuring product affordability, product integrity, and on time deliveries that enable near-, mid-, and long term business growth.

    You will collaborate closely with the TIGER Integrated Supply Chain team and act as the primary liaison to Customer Business Management and the Gold Business Enterprise. Success requires leading and influencing across all organizational levels and working directly with internal and external customers.

    This role supports parts supply operations for a complex, high value requirements contract that requires flexibility of day-to-day working hours, periodic domestic travel, and local movement between buildings and facilities. The position also includes high visibility with executive leadership as TIGER is a key Honeywell Aerospace program.

    You will report directly to our Senior Program Manager, and you'll work on a Hybrid work schedule (at least three days per week in-office) from our Phoenix, AZ location.

    US PERSON REQUIREMENT:

    Due to compliance with U.S. export control laws and regulations, candidate must be a U.S. Person, which is defined as, a U.S. citizen, a U.S. permanent resident, or have protected status in the U.S. under asylum or refugee status or have the ability to obtain an export authorization.

    MUST HAVE:

    • Program management and leadership experience.
    • Experience supporting USG FAR15 proposal development.
    • Demonstrated ability to manage cost, schedule, and performance using tools such as EVMS and Risk & Opportunity Management.
    • Proven ability to lead and influence to drive quality and meet performance goals.

    WE VALUE:

    • Bachelor's degree and 10+ years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree and 7+ years of experience.
    • Strong track record in developing relationships with suppliers, customers, government representatives, primes, and internal teams.
    • Experience monitoring supplier performance and implementing corrective/preventive actions.
    • Familiarity with Honeywell Aerospace processes and cross functional teams.
    • Experience with Make/Buy/Where decisions making processes.
    • Knowledge of Defense Priorities & Allocation System (DPAS) requirements.
    • Proficiency with MRP systems (such as SAP) and Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint).

    Key Responsibilities:

    Hardware & Supply Operations Management

    • Develop and execute hardware ordering, receipt, and delivery plans to meet customer on time delivery commitments.
    • Manage a high mix environment with frequently shifting priorities.
    • Track existing and emerging TIGER program part and component requirements .
    • Serve as the hardware delivery and supply point of contact during proposal development, ensuring cost assumptions and risks are clearly understood.
    • Own hardware delivery forecasts and revenue projections.

    Supply Management

    • Manage supply performance across cost, quality, schedule, and risk dimensions.
    • Drive effective Management Operating Systems to ensure on-time deliveries
    • Generate and execute comprehensive part supply plans.
    • Oversee variance analysis between expected costs and actuals.
    • Partner with TIGER Integrated Supply Chain to build strong relationships with key suppliers and coordinate supply expansion and supply resilience efforts as needed .

    Program Leadership & Cross Functional Coordination

    • Ensure adherence to program plans, schedules, and budgets.
    • Lead and influence cross functional teams across multiple Honeywell Aerospace sites.
    • Represent customer needs and maintain strong customer relationships.
    • Support strategic program and operations planning for current and future supply performance.
    • Coordinate across programs to identify and resolve conflicts in supply requirements.

    Reporting & Executive Communication

    • Prepare and present Monthly Operations Review materials, summarizing program status and supply challenges.
    • Maintain performance accountability related to margin attainment, working capital health, and unique program requirements.
