Pay Range: $50 - 55.00/hr on W2
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree + 4+ years relevant experience OR advanced degree + 2+ years
- 3–4+ years Supplier Quality Engineering experience
- Medtronic SQE experience strongly preferred
- Medical Device experience preferred, especially Cardiac / Ablation
- Strong knowledge of Supplier Controls, Process Validation, TMV, Failure Investigation
- Advanced Statistics & DOE
- PPAP experience
- Gage R&R / Measurement System Analysis
- Minitab + MS Excel for statistical/data analysis
- Experience with inspection tooling and test method development/validation
- Knowledge of QSR 21 CFR 820, ISO 13485, CMDR, EU MDD
- Supplier audits, GMP, supplier capability assessment and continuous improvement
- Experience with Control Plans, Receiving Inspection, Sampling Strategies, Supplier Qualification
- Strong written/verbal communication and cross-functional collaboration
- Able to work independently and influence suppliers/internal stakeholders
- Onsite Mounds View preferred; remote may be considered for candidates with existing MDT experience
