Must-Have Skills:

• 5+ years of Supplier Quality Engineering experience in a regulated industry (Medical Device preferred).
• Supplier qualification, supplier management, and component qualification.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and technical documentation skills.
• Experience with PPAP, GMP, supplier audits, CAPA, Control Plans, and receiving inspection.
• Knowledge of NPD, quality systems, and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Qualify and manage suppliers for components used in Neuromodulation (brain, spinal cord, and pelvic stimulation products).
• Support supplier selection, component qualification, and supplier performance.
• Review component documentation, quality data, and inspection results.
• Partner with Component Engineering and NPD teams on supplier quality activities.
• Develop sampling strategies, control plans, approved supplier lists, and receiving inspection requirements.
• Conduct supplier audits, resolve supplier quality issues, and drive continuous improvement.

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical field with 4+ years of relevant experience (Advanced degree with 2+ years accepted).
