Join our dynamic team in Minneapolis, MN, where innovation meets excellence. We are searching for a skilled professional to ensure the highest quality standards in our supplier operations, contributing to groundbreaking products in brain, spinal cord, and pelvic stimulation.

Key Skills Required

  • Regulated technical industry experience
  • Critical thinking/problem solving
  • Strong communication/documentation skills
  • Experience working with suppliers
  • Component qualification experience (experience with MDT's PPAP process is a plus)

Main Responsibilities

  • Supplier selection and support
  • Component qualification
  • Component documentation and performance data review

Additional Responsibilities

  • Ensure suppliers deliver quality parts, materials, and services
  • Qualify suppliers according to company standards
  • Monitor parts from acquisition through the manufacturing cycle
  • Develop and prioritize an auditing schedule to ensure GMP and quality standards
  • Evaluate suppliers' internal functions for overall performance
  • Provide Pre-Market Quality Engineering support to New Product Development (NPD)
  • Collaborate with Component Engineers for Product Acceptance Sampling Strategy
  • Define Receiving Inspection requirements and associated test method validation

Qualifications

  • Baccalaureate degree with a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience
  • Advanced knowledge of job area combining breadth and depth
  • Practical knowledge of project management is a plus
