Description

• Lead all on-site construction activities from project startup through final completion.
• Develop and maintain project schedules to ensure milestones and deadlines are achieved.
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, consultants, and field personnel to maximize productivity.
• Promote and enforce a strong safety culture across all project activities.
• Monitor quality control efforts to ensure work complies with plans, specifications, and company standards.
• Partner closely with project management teams to address project risks, challenges, and opportunities.
• Conduct regular site meetings and communicate project status with stakeholders.
• Manage project logistics, sequencing, and resource allocation to support efficient project execution.
• Mentor and develop assistant superintendents, project engineers, and field staff.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, design teams, and trade partners.

Profile

• Extensive construction experience in a Superintendent or Senior Superintendent capacity.
• Proven ability to lead large-scale commercial construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction means, methods, scheduling, and safety practices.
• Experience managing subcontractors and coordinating multiple trades simultaneously.
• Demonstrated success delivering projects on schedule and within budget.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and contract documents.
• Proficiency with construction management software and scheduling tools.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.
• OSHA certifications and other industry credentials are a plus.
