Job Posting: Senior Superintendent - Data Center / Mission Critical Construction Projects

Job Description:

• Oversee and lead data center and mission critical construction projects nationwide
• Manage and coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and on-site personnel
• Ensure project schedules, budgets, and quality standards are met
• Implement best practices for safety, quality assurance, and risk management
• Provide regular progress reports to stakeholders and senior management
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during construction

Requirements:

• Minimum of 7+ years of experience in construction management, specifically on data center or mission critical projects
• Proven track record of successfully completing projects on time and within budget
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Knowledge of construction best practices, building codes, and regulations
• Ability to travel to project sites across the US as needed
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (preferred)

Travel Expectations:

The candidate must be willing and able to travel to project sites across the US as required. Travel expenses will be covered by the company.
