7+ years of experience as a Superintendent in commercial construction (background working on Healthcare projects highly preferred).
High School diploma or equivalent.
Knowledge of all aspects of construction industry standards, building codes, equipment and methods.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Microsoft Project.
Valid driver's license and personal mode of transportation.
Excellent communication skills.
Must be able climb ladders or scaffolding.
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
Must be able to walk a project 3 to 4 times a day.
Must be able to stand for 6 hours a day.
Must be able to work nights and weekends.
