Sr. Superintendent - Ground-Up Multifamily - National Developer

Our client is a nationally recognized, privately held real estate developer, general contractor, and Owner's Project Management (OPM) firm with over 30 years of experience specializing in the multifamily sector-their core focus and area of deep expertise. Be a key leader in the build-out of a rapidly growing New England Developer The successful Senior Superintendent will have: 10+ years of experience as a Superintendent or lead field manager on ground-up multifamily projects.

The Senior Superintendent will be responsible for:

• Oversee and manage all daily onsite construction activities for ground-up multifamily projects.
• Lead and coordinate subcontractor teams to maintain productivity, quality, and safety standards.
• Ensure projects meet schedule milestones and are delivered in alignment with budget and design intent.
• Implement and enforce jobsite safety plans, conducting regular inspections to ensure OSHA compliance.
• Drive site logistics, including delivery coordination, manpower allocation, and sequencing of construction activities.
• Maintain daily logs, progress reports, and documentation using Procore and other project management tools.
• Collaborate closely with Project Managers, Design Consultants, Ownership, and Inspection Authorities to resolve field-related challenges.
• Conduct regular quality assurance walkthroughs and proactively address any issues impacting workmanship or materials.

The successful Senior Superintendent will have:

• 10+ years of experience as a Superintendent or lead field manager on ground-up multifamily projects.
• Strong understanding of building codes, ordinances, and safety regulations applicable to multifamily construction.
• Proficiency in project management and scheduling software such as Procore and Primavera P6 (preferred).
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple trades, resolve onsite conflicts, and lead complex building operations independently.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
• Strong attention to detail with a proactive, problem-solving mindset.

• Competitive Base Salary: $170,000 - $200,000 (based on experience)
