Senior Superintendent

The Senior Superintendent will report to the Director of Construction and serve as the on-site leader responsible for delivering projects safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Lead all field operations from project startup through closeout. Manage and coordinate subcontractors, site personnel, and construction activities. Review construction drawings, specifications, schedules, contracts, and budgets to ensure successful project execution. Drive project schedules and proactively identify and resolve issues that may impact progress. Maintain quality control standards and ensure compliance with company safety policies and OSHA requirements. Oversee project documentation, including Requests for Information, submittals, and change orders. Partner closely with owners, architects, engineers, and project stakeholders to maintain strong project relationships and successful outcomes.

For the Senior Superintendent we are seeking: 5+ years of Superintendent experience within commercial or multifamily construction. Proven success managing ground-up and/or major renovation construction projects. Strong working knowledge of construction scheduling, budgeting, contracts, and field operations. Experience leading subcontractors and coordinating multiple trades simultaneously. Proficiency with construction technology platforms such as Procore, Microsoft Project, and Bluebeam. Demonstrated leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities. OSHA 30 certification preferred. Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as project requirements dictate. Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred, although equivalent experience will be considered.
