Job Description

Lead onsite construction operations for a $22M+ ground-up building project. Coordinate and manage subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel throughout the project lifecycle. Ensure compliance with government, military, and project-specific quality standards. Oversee site work, concrete foundations, building construction, and trade coordination. Maintain project schedules, safety protocols, and quality requirements. Work closely with Quality Control and Safety personnel to ensure successful project execution. Manage onsite teams and provide leadership across all construction activities. Collaborate with company leadership, project stakeholders, and ownership representatives. Support future projects throughout North and South Carolina following project completion. Drive project success while maintaining a highly organized and procedural approach to construction management.

The Successful Applicant

6+ years of Superintendent experience, preferably with significant ground-up construction exposure. Strong experience managing commercial, government, military, healthcare, higher education, institutional, or highly regulated projects. Proven background coordinating multiple trades on complex construction sites. Experience with site work, concrete foundations, and ground-up building construction. OSHA 30 certification required. Ability to lead field teams and maintain strict adherence to plans, specifications, and safety requirements. Military base or federal project experience is highly preferred. Stable work history demonstrating long-term commitment and project success. Must be willing to travel throughout North and South Carolina for future projects. Ability to satisfy project-specific background requirements.
