Position Summary:
Join a dynamic, mission-driven Strategy team shaping the future of pediatric care. You'll lead market and competitive analysis, financial modeling, and scenario planning that directly inform hospital growth and enterprise strategy-work that translates into real impact for patients, families, and clinicians. You'll partner with executive leadership on high-visibility presentations and business cases, shape service line strategy, and support strategic goal-setting across the organization. You'll also get early opportunities to mentor and coach as you build people management skills. Experience Required:
Minimum 3 years of experience, preferably in consulting, project management, health system operations, or other healthcare setting.
The posted pay range is Boston Children's reasonable and good-faith expectation for this pay at the time of posting.
Any base pay offer provided depends on skills, experience, education, certifications, and a variety of other job-related factors.
