  • Partner with Legal, IT Finance, and business stakeholders to identify contractual risks, mitigate financial liabilities, and establish appropriate payment structures and commercial terms
  • Consolidate supplier relationships and reduce fragmented vendor spend by developing strategic partnerships with key suppliers
  • Oversee AI-enabled procurement workflows by defining data extraction requirements, reviewing exceptions, and validating automated contract metadata and outputs

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year college or university
  • 8-10 years of direct experience in strategic sourcing, commercial negotiations, and business analysis within a large, high-volume enterprise environment
  • At least 8 years of experience sourcing IT and Professional Services
  • At least 8 years of experience executing competitive RFx events and conducting price variance analysis
  • At least 8 years of experience using contract lifecycle management (CLM) tools, such as ServiceNow, LEAH CLM, SimplifyVMS, or ContractPodAI
  • Proven experience negotiating complex commercial agreements and delivering measurable cost savings or cost avoidance
  • Strong understanding of supplier rate cards, labor-mix models, contract pricing structures, and milestone-based payment terms
  • Experience conducting supplier evaluations, spend analysis, and vendor consolidation initiatives
  • Strong analytical, financial, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience overseeing AI-enabled procurement workflows or automated contract management processes
  • Familiarity with contract metadata extraction, automated validation, and exception management
  • Experience partnering with Legal, Finance, and IT leadership on commercial risk mitigation and contract governance
  • Demonstrated success consolidating supplier portfolios and establishing strategic vendor partnerships
