$63 - $71.50 an hour

Immediate hire for a trusted strategic advisor with the business to shape portfolio plans, streamline business interactions, and convert business needs into concrete projects, ensuring alignment between business strategy and IT project priorities. Partner with business leaders to shape investment priorities, develop business cases, secure governance approvals. Identify technology and data opportunities that deliver measurable business value. Build and maintain trusted relationships with stakeholders across the organization, ensuring IT strategies, solutions and investments align with business objectives. Serve as the senior IT representative for the region, championing innovation and identifying opportunities to enhance business performance and competitive advantage. Translate business strategies and requirements into prioritized initiatives, guiding opportunities from ideation through feasibility assessment and business case development. Support executive endorsement of IT investment proposals through robust analysis, stakeholder engagement and governance processes. Lead portfolio appraisal activities to ensure consistent evaluation, prioritization and value realization across projects and programs. Act as the regional advocate within the global IT organization, driving alignment, maximizing return on investment (ROI), and promoting innovative, market-differentiating solutions.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or Master's in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration or a related field
• Extensive experience in IT, digital transformation, business partnering, or technology leadership roles within complex, global organizations.
• Strong technical background within SAP Supply Chain, Procurement or Manufacturing is highly desired
• Demonstrated success in developing technology strategies, shaping investment portfolios, and delivering business value through technology-enabled transformation initiatives.
• Proven experience in strategic planning and execution, project management, and policy development
• Commercially astute, with experience evaluating investment opportunities, managing competing priorities, and driving measurable business outcomes.
• Excellent communication, influencing and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage effectively at executive and operational levels.
• Experience operating within global, matrixed and multicultural environments, managing stakeholders across multiple regions and functions.
• Demonstrated ability to lead organizational change, drive adoption of new technologies, and influence business transformation outcomes.
• Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving and decision-making capabilities, with the ability to translate business objectives into technology roadmaps.
• Strong understanding of business processes, data analysis, and IT systems

Bonus Skills:

• Professional certifications such as ITIL, PMP, Prosci, Agile, SAFe, or equivalent are desirable
