Our client is seeking an experienced Senior Staff Accountant to join their South Bend, Indiana team. Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and review financial statements, journal entries, reconciliations, and supporting schedules.

• Assist with month-end and year-end close processes.

• Analyze financial information and identify discrepancies or areas requiring additional investigation.

• Prepare workpapers and documentation supporting financial statements and audit engagements.

• Assist with tax and audit-related projects as needed.

Qualifications

• Approximately 3 years of progressive accounting experience.

• Public accounting experience required.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

• CPA or progress toward CPA certification is highly preferred.
