Job Duties: Develop and maintain enterprise scalable test automation frameworks. Evaluate new technology or processes to support sustainable, continuous test automation. Drive a continuous improvement mentality to deliver robust performance testing strategies and methods. Promote excellent software development practices for coded test frameworks, to include participating in code reviews and source control management. Design test automation for web services, APIs, and web-based platforms. Maintain tools used in during software test development including source control, test management and release systems. As part of the Digital Utilities Technology team, re-architect and rebuild Schwab's core enterprise software platform to support our rapidly growing and evolving business. Drive client-centricity, reduce time-to-market & increase efficiency. Provide accountability on the technical strategy for software testing and quality assurance on mission-critical enterprise applications. Partner with scrum team members to provide technical guidance on creating agile test automation solutions, accelerating Schwab's SDLC processes and meeting critical business objectives. Mentor peers and staff on quality engineering; network with other automation teams within Schwab; and derive automation best practices for continuous improvement. Work aside a team of seasoned engineers whose main objective is to maintain all aspects of the overall software development lifecycle and ensure the on-time, quality delivery of software product releases; juggle resources between the team's varied geographic locations and vendor partnerships.

What you have

Job Requirements: Requires Bachelor's or Master''s in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field and 60 months of progressive, post-bachelor's related experience w/ bachelor's or 36 months of experience w/ master's in a related occupation. . Experience must include 36 months of experience involving the following: API testing, UI testing, and Performance testing, including JMeter, BDD, Cucumber, TestNG, Spec Flow, and ReqNRoll; C# .Net and JAVA; Selenium; Postman or Newman; Harness, Bamboo, Bitbucket, and JIRA; and SQL server, Studio3T, and MongoDB.

We offer competitive pay and benefits. Starting compensation depends on related experience. Annual bonus and other eligible earnings are not included in the ranges above.
