Position Summary
Dhaka Technologies Limited Company is hiring for the Sr. Specialist / Mechanical Engineer role on behalf of its client, an aerospace and defense company. The role requires hands-on experience in 3D modeling and critical hardware design and development, with the ability to work independently within a multidisciplinary team, and comfort working in a lab setting with direct involvement in hardware development and testing. An active Top Secret or TS/SCI clearance is required; candidates with an active TS/SCI with polygraph currently in use are strongly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate Technical Data Package components (part and assembly drawings).
  
• Prototype, integrate and test component parts and assemblies.
  
• Develop test plans and procedures for mechanical subsystems; perform test and evaluation of parts and systems.
  
• Participate in peer reviews, PDRs, CDRs and other required design reviews.
  
• Participate in product change review meetings and implement approved changes.
  

Required Qualifications

• Active Top Secret or Top Secret/SCI clearance (active within the last two years).
  
• Bachelor's degree and 6 years of prior relevant experience.
  
• Comfortable working hands-on in a lab setting.
  

Compensation: Base salary of $130,000 to $160,000, commensurate with experience.

Work Authorization: Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship, now or in the future.
