Position Summary:
The Sr. Specialist, Centralized Move-Out Processing is responsible for the administrative processing of resident move-outs across the portfolio, including preparation, review and final approval of Final Account Statements and resident refund approvals, while providing support to leadership through training and peer coaching. This role requires managing a high volume of work with speed and accuracy while maintaining strict compliance with all internal company policies and procedures as well as any local, state, and federal laws.
