  • Identify and create new business opportunities through disciplined prospecting, market research, relationship development and coordinated account engagement
  • Build relationships with healthcare leaders and translate client challenges into clear value propositions and measurable business outcomes
  • Lead multiple, concurrent sales opportunities from origination through final agreement, maintaining clear next steps, stakeholder alignment and execution accountability
  • Serve as the sales opportunity leader and primary client point of contact throughout the deal lifecycle
  • Develop sales strategies and lead RFP, RFI and RFQ responses for new and existing clients
  • Partner across sales, product, clinical, solutioning, finance, contracting, delivery and other internal teams to shape executable client solutions
  • Identify opportunity risks early and take appropriate action to improve deal quality and protect client and organizational interests
  • Use market, industry and account insights to strengthen positioning, business cases and client conversations
  • Build proficiency in Crimson AI capabilities, healthcare performance drivers and the competitive environment to support credible client engagement
  • AI-native selling expectations

  • Use approved AI tools to support territory planning, account research, opportunity prioritization and meeting preparation
  • Apply AI-enabled workflows to personalize outreach, improve proposal development, accelerate follow-up and strengthen internal collaboration
  • Validate AI-assisted research and draft content before using it in decision-making or client-facing materials
  • Use AI and data-driven insights to identify growth opportunities and help healthcare clients understand the value of AI-enabled analytics
  • Evaluate relevant healthcare, analytics and AI trends to inform solution positioning and strategic innovation

You'll be rewarded and recognized for your performance in an environment that will challenge you and give you clear direction on what it takes to succeed in your role as well as provide development for other roles you may be interested in.
