Senior Software Engineer
Job SummaryDesign, develop, integrate, and support complex healthcare software solutions. Serve as a technical leader for software architecture, product development, proposals, process improvements, and program objectives. Act as a primary technical authority while collaborating with business and technical teams.
Responsibilities
Define software requirements and designs.
Develop software architecture and code.
Integrate software components and systems.
Perform certification, testing, verification, and validation.
Define product features and technical solutions.
Provide customer and production support.
Lead migration projects, data mapping, automation initiatives, and system stabilization efforts.
Analyze claims and adjudication processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
Communicate proactively with stakeholders and work independently with minimal supervision.
Requirements
At least 10 years of experience in software architecture, requirements analysis, design, and coding for healthcare products.
At least 10 years of software development experience, including platform integrations, connectors, and communications.
Experience with healthcare payer systems and processes, including claims, billing, enrollment, and care management.
Hands-on experience with QNXT, including claims or adjudication modules and customized add-ins.
Experience with data migration, mapping, automation, and system integration projects.
Knowledge of healthcare EDI.
Bachelor s degree preferred.
