Description:
We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer with strong hands-on experience with the o9 Solutions platform to design, configure, and support enterprise supply chain planning solutions. The ideal candidate will have expertise in o9 MEIO, Demand Planning, Postponement, EKG, business rules, and supply chain planning processes.

Role and Responsibilities:

• Configure o9 platform components including data models, dashboards, views, workflows, and business logic solvers.
• Design end-to-end supply chain solutions within the o9 Digital Brain.
• Conduct workshops with business stakeholders and translate requirements into o9 configurations.
• Collaborate with data engineering teams to integrate ERP data from systems such as SAP and Oracle.
• Support functional testing, UAT, validation, and production deployment.
• Troubleshoot complex configuration, data, and performance issues.
• Provide post-go-live support and knowledge transfer to business users.

Required Skills:

• Hands-on experience configuring the o9 Solutions platform.
• Strong knowledge of o9 MEIO, Demand Planning, and Postponement.
• Experience with o9 Enterprise Knowledge Graph (EKG) and advanced analytics solvers.
• Experience creating or modifying o9 business rules.
• Strong supply chain planning knowledge including Demand Planning, Supply Planning, IBP, or S&OP.
• Proficiency in SQL and data modeling.
• Understanding of ETL and middleware integration patterns.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.

Qualifications:

• Extensive hands-on o9 Solutions experience.
• Experience translating complex business requirements into scalable o9 solutions.
• Experience working with ERP and data engineering teams.
• o9 certification is preferred.
• Ability to work onsite in Menlo Park, CA.
