Job Description

- Actively configure o9 platform components, including data models, user interfaces (dashboards, views), workflow engines, and business logic solvers.
- Design end-to-end supply chain solutions within the o9 Digital Brain while aligning with industry best practices.
- Lead workshops with business stakeholders to translate functional requirements into technical specifications and o9-native configurations.
- Collaborate with data engineering teams to map, integrate, and validate data flows between ERP systems such as SAP and Oracle and the o9 platform.
- Own functional testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and system validation activities to ensure high data accuracy and optimal system performance.
- Provide post-go-live support, troubleshoot complex system behaviors, and conduct knowledge transfer sessions for business power users.
- Deliver comprehensive go-live support and hypercare to ensure business continuity and platform stability.
- Work closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and support teams to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve production issues.
- Take ownership of the o9 platform setup and ongoing administration.
- Manage production support activities, maintenance requests, defect resolution, and enhancement initiatives.
- Drive continuous improvement efforts and evaluate enhancement requests aligned with business objectives.
- Support documentation, stakeholder communication, knowledge transfer, and establishment of best practices.
- Analyze and support middleware integrations, particularly MuleSoft, including end-to-end interface monitoring and troubleshooting.
- Manage integration-related incidents and validate data consistency across interconnected systems.
Required Skills
- Hands-on experience with the o9 platform.
- Strong understanding of o9 MEIO.
- Strong understanding of o9 Demand Planning.
- Strong understanding of o9 Postponement.
- Ability to translate complex business scenarios into scalable o9 solutions.
- Strong understanding of Supply Chain Planning concepts including Demand Planning, Supply & Capability Planning, IBP, and S&OP.
- Experience with o9 Enterprise Knowledge Graph (EKG).
- Experience with o9 advanced analytics solvers.
- Experience creating and modifying o9 business rules.
- Strong SQL skills.
- Strong understanding of data modeling concepts.
- Knowledge of ETL and middleware integration patterns.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting capabilities.
- Ability to communicate complex o9 concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with MuleSoft integrations and interface management.
Additional Responsibilities
- Provide techno-functional leadership for production support and hypercare activities.
- Ensure successful transition of ownership and knowledge from existing implementation teams.
- Support enhancement delivery, defect management, and long-term scalability of the o9 environment.
- Establish governance, support processes, and operational best practices for the platform.
- Coordinate across business, technical, and integration teams to ensure solution reliability and performance.
Preferred Qualifications
- o9 Certifications preferred.
- Experience supporting enterprise-scale supply chain planning environments.
- Experience integrating o9 with SAP, Oracle, and MuleSoft ecosystems.
- Experience supporting production environments and post-go-live stabilization efforts.
