Sr Software Architect

\Qualifications

• 10+ years of software engineering experience, with at least 5 years in an architecture or technical leadership role
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• Strong knowledge of modern programming languages and object-oriented design
• Experience with microservices, APIs, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and distributed systems
• Familiarity with cloud-native, event-driven, and microservices architectures
• Experience with secure coding, identity management, and compliance frameworks
• Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure as code
• Ability to perform cost-benefit analysis and build business cases
• Experience with motion/robotics, real-time operating systems, and event-driven architecture preferred

• Coach and mentor engineering teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and technical excellence
