This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced shop environment, takes ownership of their work, and can provide leadership and guidance to other team members while maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and productivity. The ideal candidate will have proven experience operating a towmotor/forklift, strong attention to detail, and experience with inventory management, material tracking, or data entry. Previous leadership experience as a lead, trainer, mentor, or supervisor is strongly preferred.
