You will influence the planning and designing of manufacturing engineering processes pertaining to semiconductors, and determine parts and tools needed in order to achieve manufacturing goals according to product specification. You will maximize efficiency by analyzing the layout of equipment, workflow, assembly methods, and work force utilization.

As a Sr Semiconductor Mfg Engineer here at Honeywell Aerospace, you will lead semiconductor manufacturing operations, ensuring quality, driving continuous improvement, and optimizing efficiency. You will report directly to our Sr Semiconductor Mfg Eng Manager, and you'll work out of our Plymouth, MN location on an on-site work schedule.

YOU MUST HAVE

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering
  • 3+ years of industry experience in development and product test position.
  • 3+ years of industry experience Electronics, circuits and software development
  • Must be US Citizen and able to obtain Security Clearance.

WE VALUE

  • Electrical, Software, Computer Engineering Preferred
  • Experience with Teradyne automated test equipment, wafer probers and temperature forcers.
  • Strong understanding of Digital Testing of Application Specific Integrated Circuits (ASICs)
  • Strong understanding of digital vector generation and translation techniques
  • Software development experience: Visual Basic, C#, LabView, Python
  • Understanding of semiconductor test concepts, practices, and procedures.
  • Strong mechanical skills, fixture development experience and knowledge
  • Good hands-on problem solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Experience in continuous improvement projects related to Cost Savings, Quality, Productivity, Escape prevention and Inventory Reduction

The annual base salary range for this position is $111,000- $138,000. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline. Honeywell Aerospace considers various factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to the scope and responsibilities of the position, the candidate''s work experience, education and training, key skills, as well as market and business considerations
