Job Description:
Sr. Security Analyst/SME
Skills: Communication~Identity and Access Management Implementation| Design & Architecture~Multifactor Authentication (MFA), Client Identity And Access Management
Experience Required: 8-10 Years

Must have skills: CIAM, MFA, Passkeys, FIDO2/WebAuthn, REST APIs, and Transmit Security

Role Descriptions: 1. Provide L1.5/L2 production support for migration from Transmit BindID to Passkey authentication.2. Troubleshoot passkey enrollment| authentication| device registration| and user access issues.3. Analyze WebAuthn/FIDO2 protocol errors and browser compatibility issues.4. Investigate device binding| credential synchronization| and cross-device authentication problems.5. Monitor production incidents| analyze logs| and API transactions.6. Collaborate with application teams| platform administrators| and vendors to support migration and resolve technical issues.7. Hands-on knowledge of CIAM| MFA| Passkeys| FIDO2/WebAuthn| REST APIs| and Transmit Security is preferred.8. Customer-facing support experience and ability to work in rotational support or on-call schedules.
