    Within Schwab Cybersecurity Services (SCS), Office of the CISO, our mission is to protect Schwab's information assets, systems, and client trust by delivering world-class Identity and Access Management (IAM) capabilities. The Manager, Security Analytics & Operations (Certification) will play a critical leadership role within the IAM Operations team, leading offshore teams responsible for executing and monitoring key access certification controls that help manage cybersecurity risk across the enterprise.

    In this role, you will oversee large-scale access certification campaigns, support HR-driven access review events, drive privileged access governance activities, and help advance Schwab's strategic IAM certification capabilities. You will be a partner with cybersecurity, risk, compliance, infrastructure, and application teams to ensure access governance controls remain effective, compliant, and scalable.

    Required Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Security, Information Systems, or a related field.
    • 3+ years of experience in information security, cybersecurity operations, IAM, or related disciplines.
    • Strong knowledge of Identity and Access Management (IAM) processes, including Joiner-Leaver-Transfer (JLT), Role-Based Access Control (RBAC), access certifications, privileged access governance, and Segregation of Duties (SoD).
    • Experience leading or supporting access certification campaigns and access governance controls.
    • Experience partnering with cross-functional teams to document business and technical requirements and drive process improvements.
    • Knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements applicable to financial services organizations, including SOX, GLBA, FFIEC, and PCI.
    • Strong analytical, problem-solving, prioritization, and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders across technical and business functions.
    • Demonstrated ability to lead teams, manage competing priorities, and drive operational excellence in a highly regulated environment.

    Preferred Qualifications

    • CISSP, CISM, or equivalent cybersecurity certification.
    • Experience with Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) platforms such as SailPoint, Saviynt, OIM, or similar technologies.
    • Experience managing offshore or geographically distributed teams.
    • Experience with IAM implementations, modernization efforts, or strategic access governance transformations.
    • Technical proficiency in Bean Shell, Java, JavaScript, SQL, or related technologies used to support IAM platforms and integrations.
    • Experience developing and reporting operational metrics, key performance indicators (KPIs), risk indicators, and executive-level reporting.
    • Financial services industry experience with a strong understanding of cybersecurity risk management and control frameworks.

    In addition to the base pay range, this role is also eligible for bonus or incentive opportunities.
