Job Description
Must Have Technical/Functional Skills

* 5 years' experience of quality assurance and testing as well as developing automation frameworks and automated tests
* 3 years programming experience in JavaScript, Node JS, Java
* 2 years' experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment
* Experience with back end services automated testing tools such as REST Assured and Supertest
* Experience with application life cycle management tools. Atlassian Jira preferred
* Hands-on experience in setting up continuous integration (CI) build environments
* using TeamCity, Gitlab or a comparable solution
* Hands on experience in source control with GIT
* Familiarity with unit testing frameworks like J-Unit and Test NG
* Familiarity with containerization software such as Docker
* Ability to effectively articulate technical challenges and solutions
* Demonstrated experience designing and architecting scalable and resilient enterprise software

Roles & Responsibilities

* Participate in the application technical design process with the Application Architects on Internet and eCommerce related development projects.
* Test web services using SOAP UI or any Service testing tools
* Knowledge of concepts of Queue, Topic, JSON, XML
* Participate in all phases of web services system testing.
* Develop, implement and maintain quality and test procedures, processes and best practices for QA.
* Develop and maintain test plan and test cases with associated test data based upon functional and non-functional requirements.
* Identify test automation opportunities to improve efficiency and effectiveness of test services.
* Contribute to test automation scripting standards and best practices.
* Understand SOA Architecture.
* Write automation scripts and participate in peer reviews
