Sr. Saw Field Service Technician

HiFyve is hiring a Senior Saw Service Technician in the Metals Manufacturing industry in Charlotte, NC!

Salary: $25 - $32/hour

Shift: Monday - Friday, 8am to 5pm

Location: Charlotte, NC (Travel 1x per month)

Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and operator complex manual and automated band saws
• Work order processing
• Machine inspection
• Telephone and field service support
• Warranty issue solving
• Report product quality and service feedback
• CPC (Cosen Predictive Computing) product installation and support
• Sales support ( tradeshows, demonstrations, application and testing)
• Work may include traveling 1 to 2 times per month for install or service call
• Machine installations and training of operators
• Use manuals to support parts sales and inventory

Education Requirements

• High school diploma / GED
