This job is part of the Sales Operations function. They are responsible for sales planning, strategy, and forecasting to achieve business objectives. What You"ll Do: Support the preparation and coordination of sales and client facing marketing and presentation materials, including pitch decks, proposals, and property marketing packages, ensuring accuracy and consistency. Assist sales professionals by gathering content, updating templates, and routing materials for review and approval in accordance with established branding standards Review marketing and sales materials for accuracy, formatting, and adherence to company branding guidelines prior to distribution. Apply a high level of attention to detail when handling client-facing documents, financial information, and marketing collateral. Collaborate closely with brokers and sales team members to support timely delivery of marketing and presentation materials. Communicate effectively with internal partners to clarify requirements, confirm revisions, and ensure deadlines are met. Gather documentation to complete high-value voucher forms and process commission payments. Collect, compile, and evaluate complex data and create written descriptions of results. Answer, screen, and direct incoming telephone calls. Respond to escalated inquiries and provide information as needed, while maintaining confidentiality. Read and route incoming mail. Review and distribute routine communications, faxes, and emails for sales professionals. Coordinate schedules and appointments for sales team members. Attend Sales team meetings to record meeting minutes or action items. Impact team through the quality of the services or information provided. Follow standardized procedures and practices and receives regular but moderate supervision and guidance. What You"ll Need: To perform this job successfully, an individual will need to perform each crucial duty satisfactorily. Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc. Ability to edit templates in PowerPoint and Adobe InDesign. Strong marketing knowledge desirable. An established understanding of work routines and standards and applying skills and knowledge in a range of processes, procedures, and systems are required. Requires intermediate problem-solving skills with the capacity to review and select solutions from available options without supervisory approval. Ability to explain detailed information in a clear and concise manner. Strong organizational skills with a robust inquisitive mindset. General math skills. Ability to calculate advanced figures such as percentages, discounts, and markups. or complicated information within the team.
