    Role Overview

    We are seeking a Senior UX Researcher to drive customer-centric insights across digital and physical retail ecosystems. This role focuses on understanding user behaviors across e-commerce, mobile, and in-store experiences, including healthcare or pharmacy-related journeys where applicable. You will partner closely with product, design, and business teams to shape seamless omnichannel experiences and influence strategic decisions through impactful research.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Lead end-to-end UX research initiatives across digital platforms (web, mobile apps) and physical retail touchpoints.
    • Define and execute research strategies aligned with business goals across areas such as online ordering, fulfillment, curbside pickup, and in-store experiences.
    • Conduct advanced qualitative and quantitative research (e.g., interviews, usability testing, diary studies, surveys, and field research).
    • Translate complex research findings into actionable insights that influence product strategy and roadmap decisions.
    • Create personas, journey maps, and service blueprints for end-to-end customer experiences.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, UX Design, Analytics, Operations) to integrate research insights into decision-making.
    • Mentor junior researchers and contribute to building scalable research frameworks and best practices.
    • Advocate for accessibility, inclusivity, and user-centered design across all touchpoints.
    • Synthesize insights from multiple sources including analytics, customer feedback, and market research.

    Required Qualifications

    • Bachelors or Masters degree in HCI, Psychology, Anthropology, Design, or a related field.
    • 6+ years of UX research experience with strong exposure to retail, e-commerce, or consumer-facing products.
    • Proven ability to independently lead large-scale research initiatives.
    • Expertise in a wide range of qualitative and quantitative research methodologies.
    • Strong communication and storytelling skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
    • Experience working in agile, cross-functional teams.

    Compensation, Benefits and Duration

    • Minimum Compensation: USD 44,000
    • Maximum Compensation: USD 154,000
    • Compensation is based on actual experience and qualifications of the candidate. The above is a reasonable and a good faith estimate for the role.
    • Medical, vision, and dental benefits, 401k retirement plan, variable pay/incentives, paid time off, and paid holidays are available for full time employees.
    • This position is available for independent contractors.
