    Description

    As a Sr. Reliability Engineer here at Solstice Advanced Materials, you will lead initiatives to enhance the reliability, availability, and maintainability of chemical plant equipment.

    You will report directly to our Sr R&O Maintenance Analyst Supervisor, and you'll work out of our Geismar, LA location on 9/80 work schedule.

    YOU MUST HAVE

    • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline
    • 6 plus years of experience in reliability engineering in a manufacturing environment
    • Experience with Fixed and Rotating Equipment.
    • Knowledge of NDE techniques and ASME/API codes
    • Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills
    • Experience with Process Safety Management (PSM) Facilities
    • Must have a TWIC card or be able to obtain one shortly after hire.

    • Professional Reliability Certification - CRE, SMRP

    COMPENSATION

    The annual base salary range for this position is $145800k - $175195k. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline. Solstice Advanced Materials considers various factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to the scope and responsibilities or the position, the candidate''s work experience education and training, key skills, as well as market and business considerations.
