The Recruiter will partner with hiring managers to attract, assess, and hire top talent across various functions in a fast-growing aerospace company focused on sustainable electric vertical takeoff and landing aircraft.
They will manage the full recruiting process, develop sourcing strategies, build candidate pipelines, and ensure a positive candidate experience.
Requirements include 3+ years of recruiting experience in startup or in-house settings, strong stakeholder influence, excellent communication, and organizational skills. The role requires 4 days/week onsite in Santa Clara/San Jose, with a compensation range of $100,000-$150,000.
