Sr Receptionist & Switchboard

2. Customer facing experience with a monthly footprint of 350-450 guests. Register all new employee/Temp/Contractor & Co-ops in the company's badging and seating systems.

Timing:    8: 00 am to 5: 00 Pm (Mon to Fri)
Contract: 0-3+ Months (Temp to Engage)

Role Summary:
1. Manage daily guest list
2. Greet guests professionally and courteously
3. Complete guest registration inquiries sent to the ‘reception’mailbox
4. Respond to incoming inquiries, confirming they have been completed
5. Maintain the cleanliness of the reception area, including seating area, always
6. Route incoming calls and voicemails to the proper party
7. Be a supportive and helpful resource for our associates
8. Register guests onto the security list known as BXP
9. Request replacement access badges
10. Maintain Grab-N-Go cards
11. Distribute monthly T-passes
12. Register all new employee/Temp/Contractor & Co-ops in the company's badging and seating systems.
13. Book rooms via a reservation system
14. Maintain monthly data and Site Procedure.
 
Must Have Skills:
1. Hight level of computer data entry skills.
2. Customer facing experience with a monthly footprint of 350-450 guests.

7. Excellent computer skills ( Microsoft office and 365)
