1. FMEA (Failure Modes & Effects Analysis) – CNC grinding experience preferred
2. CAD Design & Engineering Drawings – Creo experience preferred
3. GD&T and Tolerance Stack-Up Analysis

Key Responsibilities

• Support design and development of surgical/dissecting tools.
• Create and update CAD models, drawings, and engineering specifications.
• Perform GD&T, tolerance analysis, and FMEA to improve manufacturability.
• Support CNC grinding setup, troubleshooting, and process improvements.
• Collaborate with R&D, Manufacturing, and Quality teams to transition designs into production.
• Investigate manufacturing issues, perform root cause analysis, and improve yield/reliability.
• Participate in design reviews and document technical analyses for design control compliance.
