Lead the escape management process, identifying root causes and driving corrective and preventive actions. Facilitate cross-functional problem-solving teams to resolve product quality and operational challenges. Partner with suppliers, customers, and internal stakeholders to improve quality performance and customer satisfaction. Manage RMA activities and ensure timely investigation and resolution. Develop and present quality metrics, dashboards, and performance reports to leadership. Utilize KPIs and data analysis to drive continuous improvement projects. Provide technical quality support to manufacturing and operations teams. Investigate hardware and assembly issues to ensure compliance with customer and regulatory requirements. Communicate product quality concerns and status updates across multiple departments. Oversee MRB activities, documentation, and disposition processes. Support additional quality and operational initiatives as needed.

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Physical Sciences, or a related technical discipline. 5+ years of experience in Quality, Manufacturing, or Engineering. Minimum 3 years of aerospace industry experience. Strong expertise in Root Cause Corrective Action (RCCA) methodologies. Ability to interpret engineering drawings and technical documentation. Experience working within Quality Management Systems and ERP/MRP environments. Knowledge of AS9100, AS9102, ISO standards, and aerospace quality requirements. Strong communication and leadership skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams. Six Sigma Belt certification or equivalent experience is highly preferred. Must be eligible to work in the United States and meet ITAR requirements.
