PAY TRANSPARENCY

The hourly salary range for this position is $30.38-$38.17/hr. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline. U.S. PERSON REQUIREMENTS

Due to compliance with U.S. export control laws and regulations, candidate must be a U.S. Person, which is defined as, a U.S. citizen, a U.S. permanent resident, or have protected status in the U.S. under asylum or refugee status.

YOU MUST HAVE

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in quality engineering or quality technician roles within manufacturing or technology sectors
  • Strong knowledge of quality control processes, inspection techniques, and root cause analysis methodologies
  • Proficiency with quality tools such as Statistical Process Control (SPC), Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA), and use of measurement instruments
  • Experience with quality management systems (QMS) and compliance standards relevant to manufacturing environments

WE VALUE

  • Associate or Bachelor's degree in Engineering Technology, Quality Management, or related fields
  • Experience working in high-tech or manufacturing industries with complex product assemblies
  • Familiarity with Six Sigma or Lean Manufacturing methodologies
  • Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams and contribute to continuous improvement projects
  • Detail-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving and analytical skills

  • Analyze test results and provide technical support to the Quality Engineering team.
  • Assist in root cause analysis and implementation of corrective and preventive actions to resolve quality issues.
  • Collaborate with engineering and manufacturing teams to support continuous improvement initiatives and quality system enhancements.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of quality control processes
  • Maintain accurate documentation of test procedures and results
