Sr. QNXT Software Engineer

Impresiv Health is seeking a Senior QNXT Software Engineer to support a leading healthcare payer organization. This role is ideal for a senior software engineer with deep experience in QNXT, C#, and SQL who thrives in designing, developing, integrating, and supporting enterprise healthcare applications. The ideal candidate has extensive experience within a healthcare payer environment and possesses strong technical expertise in software architecture, enterprise application development, database development, and systems integration. This individual will play a key role in delivering scalable software solutions, resolving complex production issues, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve operational efficiency and business performance.

What You Will Do:

• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise healthcare software applications supporting QNXT and related payer systems.
• Develop, enhance, and support applications using C#/.NET.
• Write, optimize, troubleshoot, and maintain complex SQL queries, stored procedures, functions, views, and database objects.
• Design and support QNXT integrations, APIs, web services, interfaces, and communication frameworks.
• Lead technical design, software architecture, requirements gathering, and development efforts for complex initiatives.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, developers, QA, analysts, and infrastructure teams throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex production issues involving applications, databases, and system integrations.
• Support software testing, validation, deployment, and production releases.
• Ensure adherence to software development standards, configuration management, and change management best practices.
• Identify opportunities to improve application performance, scalability, reliability, and maintainability.
• Provide technical leadership and mentor other developers when appropriate.

You Will Be Successful If:

• You have extensive hands-on experience working with QNXT in a healthcare payer environment.
• You are highly proficient in C#/.NET development and enjoy building enterprise software solutions.
• You possess advanced SQL skills, including complex query development, stored procedures, database optimization, and performance tuning.
• You have experience designing scalable APIs, integrations, and enterprise applications.
• You can independently troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues with minimal supervision.
• You effectively balance technical priorities with business objectives.
• You communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• You take ownership of projects from design through implementation and production support.

What You Will Bring:

• 10+ years of software engineering experience in healthcare technology.
• Extensive hands-on experience with QNXT in a healthcare payer environment.
• Strong C#/.NET development experience building enterprise applications and integrations.
• Advanced SQL Server experience, including writing complex queries, stored procedures, functions, query optimization, and database performance tuning.
• Experience developing enterprise software, APIs, integrations, and communication frameworks.
• Strong understanding of software architecture, object-oriented programming, and software design principles.
• Experience working through the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
