Responsibilities

• Review complex and high-risk production records for strict GMP compliance
• Collaborate with Manufacturing and QC teams to ensure on-time batch release
• Provide hands-on guidance and training for new technicians
• Support preparation activities for regulatory and client audits
• Lead initiatives to streamline batch review and implement electronic systems
• Maintain adherence to all safety protocols and required training

Required Skills and Experience

• 2-5 years of relevant experience as a Records Specialist
• Strong understanding of GMP compliance and documentation practices
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities
• High School diploma or equivalent

Preferred Skills

• Associate's degree or higher in Science or Technology
• Experience with electronic batch records and audit preparation
• Leadership in process improvement initiatives
