Description

  • Lead all field operations for aviation construction projects, ensuring work is completed safely, on schedule, and in accordance with project plans and specifications.
  • Coordinate subcontractors, inspectors, airport personnel, and project stakeholders to maintain productivity and minimize impacts to active airport operations.
  • Develop and manage look-ahead schedules, proactively addressing field issues, logistics challenges, and potential delays.
  • Ensure compliance with FAA requirements, airport authority regulations, security protocols, and project safety standards.
  • Oversee quality control, workforce planning, equipment utilization, and construction progress to achieve project schedule, budget, and performance goals.

Profile

  • Extensive aviation construction experience delivering airport projects valued at $100M+.
  • Proven ability to lead field operations, coordinate subcontractors, and build strong client and stakeholder relationships.
  • Strong understanding of aviation safety standards, regulatory compliance, scheduling, and cost management to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Experience managing large construction teams and executing complex projects in active airports and other highly regulated environments.
  • Willing and able to travel nationwide to support aviation/airport projects across multiple locations.
