Sr. Project Program Manager

Our client is seeking a Sr. Project Program Manager to lead program delivery and PMO operations in a fast-paced, data-driven environment. This role requires a strategic leader capable of coordinating cross-functional teams, managing enterprise initiatives, and communicating outcomes to executive stakeholders.

Responsibilities & Qualifications

• Collaborate with client leadership and cross-functional teams to drive program execution and delivery outcomes
• Lead sprint planning, backlog management, and Agile delivery methodologies in a high-volume execution environment
• Coordinate across data, analytics, reporting, and platform teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery
• Manage change management and risk management initiatives to mitigate obstacles and maintain program momentum
• Define, track, and communicate KPIs and success metrics aligned with business objectives
• Provide executive-level reporting and present program status, risks, and outcomes to senior leadership
• Operate as a PMO leader responsible for governance, process standardization, and cross-team accountability
• Partner with technical and business stakeholders to translate requirements into actionable delivery plans

Requirements

• 8–10 years of project and program management experience, with demonstrated PMO or leadership responsibility
• Advanced proficiency in Agile and Scrum methodologies, including sprint planning and backlog management
• Expertise in stakeholder coordination, change management, and risk management in enterprise environments
• Strong experience defining and managing KPIs and business metrics
• Demonstrated ability to operate in fast-paced, data-driven environments with multiple concurrent priorities
• Excellent executive presentation and communication skills; ability to distill complex information for C-suite audiences
• Experience coordinating across data, analytics, and reporting functions in enterprise settings
• Familiarity with business operations and enterprise data environments
