$64,200.00 - $96,200.00The referenced pay range represents the minimum and maximum compensation for this job. Individual annual salaries/hourly rates will be set within the job's compensation range, and will be determined by considering factors including, but not limited to, market data, education, experience, qualifications, expertise of the individual, and internal equity considerations.
Responsibilities:
The Senior Project Manager, Value Analysis (VA) leads the evaluation, standardization, and optimization of clinical products and services across the health system. This role collaborates closely with supply chain, physicians, nursing, and procedural areas to drive evidence-based decision-making that enhances patient care, promotes clinical excellence, and supports operational efficiency.
This position requires a strong combination of analytical capability, product knowledge, and problem-solving skills, along with practical understanding of hospital operations including perioperative services, procedural areas, and clinical supply workflows. The role is responsible for managing the full lifecycle of value analysis initiatives—from intake and evaluation through implementation and outcomes tracking.
