Introduction

We are seeking a highly strategic and execution-focused Senior Program Manager to lead the end-to-end delivery of a major new software platform. You will own the critical business enablement, commercial structures, and operational readiness functions required to launch and scale the platform successfully.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, information management, or a related discipline.
• 8 years of program management experience delivering complex, enterprise-grade SaaS or software platform and business transformations.
• Proven experience managing commercial workstreams (pricing models, financial cost analysis, legal contract revisions).
• Mastery of Agile/Scrum and traditional waterfall project management methodologies; expert-level capability in managing complex cross-functional dependencies.
• Prior work experience at client or in client's Industry
• Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

• Master’s Degree is a plus.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
• Exceptional executive-presence; ability to translate technical concepts for business stakeholders and vice versa.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Govern the master program schedule, managing dependencies across product, readiness.
• Build relationships and engage with internal and external users of the assigned projects.
• Oversee ongoing 3rd-party software development contracting, ensuring external deliverables meet quality, timeline, and budget targets.
