Retail Sr. Project ManagerOur client is seeking an experienced and dedicated Retail Sr. Project Manager to oversee commercial construction projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing projects up to $25 million in value, demonstrating exceptional leadership skills and a commitment to delivering high-quality results. This person may run 3-4 projects concurrently and would be tasked with some larger projects as well. This contractor is taking on larger more complex ground up projects now up to $25M with two set to break ground in August and September that they are very excited about Please apply directly to this ad to be reached out to for immediate consideration.Job DescriptionThe Sr. Project Manager will be responsible for:Manage all aspects of commercial construction projects, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budget, and quality standards.Collaborate with superintendents, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure efficient project execution.Conduct regular on-site inspections to monitor progress, identify and resolve any construction issues or conflicts.Coordinate and schedule construction activities, ensuring optimal resource allocation and sequencing of work.Maintain an accurate log of RFIs, Submittals, Change orders, material counts, and scheduleFoster strong relationships with clients, providing excellent customer service and addressing any concerns or inquiries promptly.Mentor and provide guidance to junior team members, promoting a positive and collaborative work environment.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
