A Sr. Project Manager is needed to lead healthcare construction projects in Palm Beach, overseeing everything from planning through completion. You'll manage budgets, schedules, and teams while ensuring compliance with AHCA, ICRA, and healthcare building codes.

Your role

• Oversee healthcare construction projects from initial planning through successful completion.
• Manage project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation to keep projects on track.
• Coordinate with architects, contractors, engineers, and stakeholders throughout all phases.
• Ensure compliance with AHCA, ICRA, and healthcare-specific building codes and safety standards.
• Track project performance metrics and prepare detailed progress reports for stakeholders.
• Identify risks, develop mitigation strategies, and resolve project challenges and change orders.

What you'll need

• 5+ years of project management experience in construction.
• Strong knowledge of AHCA, ICRA, healthcare building codes, and compliance standards.
• Proven skills in project scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
• Experience with construction management software and tools.
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams and manage diverse stakeholders effectively.

Helpful, but not required

• Ground-up construction experience or interior hospital renovation experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.

You'll report to the Vice President of Operations or Construction Director and lead projects across healthcare facilities.
