JOB DESCRIPTION
As a Sr Project Manager within the Released Product Management (RPM) division, you will be steering the course to meet business needs while leading cost savings projects in the Core Surgical Innovations (CSI) Business Unit. This pivotal role will see you harmonizing and coordinating various initiatives within the RPM program and managing dependencies across projects. In close collaboration with Project Management, Released Product Engineering, Research & Development, Quality, Operations, and other cross-functional domains, you will drive the delivery of projects to our valued patients and customers.
Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned. Oversees and manages the operational aspects of ongoing projects and serves as liaison between project management and planning, project team, and line management. Reviews status of projects and budgets, and prepares status reports. Assesses project issues and develops resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and clientsatisfaction goals and objectives. Develops mechanisms for monitoring project progress and for intervention and problem solving with project managers, line managers, clients and other stakeholders.

Required Knowledge and Experience:
Requires broad management knowledge to lead projects in one department. Typically has mastery level knowledge and skills within a specific technical or professional discipline with broad understanding of other areas within the job function.
Requires a University Degree and minimum of 7 years of relevant experience with 5 years of managerial experience, or advanced degree with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience with 5 years of managerial experience.
