Salary: $110,000 - $163,000 per year

A bit about us:

We are a national commercial and industrial construction contractor operating inside a larger publicly traded organization founded nearly a century ago. Our specialty exteriors group self-performs roofing and siding work for commercial and industrial clients nationwide, sitting alongside sister lines in insulation and scaffolding that we collaborate with daily. You get the resources and stability of a large parent with the decision speed and visibility of a small shop. Tenure here is long: our project management leadership has been with us well over a decade, and this role exists only because the person in it was promoted into a director role on another business line. We recently landed a significant volume of new national work and are hiring ahead of that growth rather than behind it.

Why join us?
  • 20% annual incentive on top of base that has historically paid at target and can run higher — there has never been a year with no payout
  • Broad autonomy and decision-making authority over project finances, schedule, and scope
  • Publicly traded parent with an Employee Stock Purchase Plan, profit sharing, and 401(k) match, so your upside isn't limited to base and bonus
  • A hiring manager with 16 years in this business who will teach you the specialty if you come from adjacent commercial or industrial work
  • A backlog of newly awarded national projects, meaning you write the team's playbook during expansion instead of stabilizing a shrinking one
  • Day-to-day flexibility inside an onsite-collaborative culture (shared calendar for work-from-home days) with light travel, roughly 2-3 days a month
