Sr. Project Manager – Construction

For more than a century, The Waldinger Corporation has designed, built, and maintained the building systems that keep our clients' facilities running. Our largest and most complex projects need experienced leaders to bring them home, and we're looking for a Sr. Project Manager – Construction to take the lead.
This role suits a seasoned project leader who combines strong technical knowledge with real people skills. If you enjoy owning tough projects from start to finish and working alongside project engineering, field leadership, and senior leaders, you'll fit right in.
What You'll Own:
• Project Leadership: Coordinate the team and resources for large, complex projects from initiation through closeout.
• Planning: Lead project meetings with your team, clients, and stakeholders to set clear goals and objectives.
• Project Outcomes: Own results across safety, quality, financial performance, and client satisfaction.
• Financial Management: Manage the financials of multiple projects at once by building budgets, allocating resources, mitigating risk, and generating revenue.
• Mentorship: Help new team members reach their training and onboarding goals by sharing knowledge, best practices, and insights, and flag training challenges to leadership.
What You Bring:
• 5–7 years of project engineering or project management experience
• Bachelor's degree in a STEM field or related area
• Strong technical ability and interpersonal skills
• Ability to travel moderately
