Job Description

The Sr./ Project Manager will:

• Manage commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.
• Oversee project budgets, schedules, contracts, and financial reporting.
• Coordinate owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and internal teams.
• Participate in preconstruction planning, scope reviews, and project strategy.
• Lead project meetings and maintain strong client relationships.
• Identify and resolve project risks, challenges, and schedule impacts.
• Mentor Project Engineers, APMs, and junior team members.
• Ensure projects are delivered safely, profitably, and to the highest quality standards.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Sr./ Project Manager should have:

• 5+ years of Project Management experience within commercial construction.
• Ability to independently lead building and construction projects without extensive oversight.
• Experience delivering ground-up and large-scale commercial projects.
• Strong understanding of budgets, buyout, forecasting, scheduling, and contracts.
• Confident communicator who is comfortable in client-facing situations.
• Experience collaborating with field teams, owners, and design professionals.
• Background in healthcare, education, mixed-use, corporate, commercial, or institutional construction preferred.
• Comfortable operating within a growing organization where adaptability and initiative are valued.
