Sr Project ManagerThe Sr Project Manager will provide overall leadership and direction for high-rise construction projects. Manage project financials, including budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and profitability. Oversee project schedules to ensure milestones and completion dates are achieved. Lead subcontractor procurement, contract administration, and buyout activities. Coordinate effectively with ownership groups, architects, engineers, consultants, and field operations teams. Mentor and develop Project Managers, Assistant Project Managers, and project staff. The Sr Project Manager must identify project risks and implement proactive solutions. Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and company standards. Manage project reporting and communicate progress with executive leadership. Proven experience managing ground-up high-rise residential, mixed-use, multifamily, hospitality, or commercial projects. Demonstrated success managing projects valued at $50M+. Strong knowledge of construction means and methods, scheduling, budgeting, and contract administration. Experience utilizing project management software such as Procore, Bluebeam, Primavera P6, or MS Project. Excellent communication, leadership, and relationship-building skills.
