The Senior Project Manager Media Supply Chain MSC will orchestrate work across multiple technology and business workstreams supporting transformation of media supply chain with particular focus on unified workflows and fulfillment workflows The role will manage software development initiatives throughout the full delivery lifecycle including scope resources schedules dependencies risks issues financials testing release readiness and operational transition

The Senior Project Manager will partner with business and technology leads product owners engineering teams architects operations quality assurance and third-party vendors to deliver project outcomes against agreed milestones The selected candidate will also help improve project documentation workflows toolsets methodologies and operational practices through continuous improvement

Responsibilities

Coordinate and manage activities across multiple MSC technology and business workstreams with emphasis on unified and fulfillment workflows

Lead program and project management for software development initiatives from planning through implementation stabilization and operational handoff

Develop and maintain integrated project plans roadmaps schedules milestones resource plans and cross workstream dependency maps

Facilitate core project activities against deadlines and ensure owners priorities decisions and deliverables are clearly understood and tracked

Partner with workstream leads to define scope requirements delivery approach success measures and technology solutions that address business and operational needs

Manage the full delivery lifecycle including discovery requirements design development integration testing User Acceptance Testing UAT deployment and hyper care

Facilitate test planning execution defect triage UAT coordination readiness reviews and stakeholder acceptance

Identify and manage risks issues assumptions decisions and dependencies through mitigation or closure escalate material concerns with clear options and recommendations

Create and present concise program status executive summaries dashboards and communications for project teams sponsors and steering committees

Establish and operate effective project governance including recurring team meetings decision forums status cadences action tracking and escalation paths

Manage scope and changes through established change control processes evaluating impacts to timeline cost resources quality and operations

Apply change management and communication practices that support adoption training process transition and sustained operational use

Build strong relationships with business sponsors key stakeholders technology leads and delivery teams to solve problems build consensus and achieve objectives

Coordinate onshore and offshore internal and external resources clarify roles and responsibilities and secure appropriate capacity to meet planned timeframes

Act as a quality control advocate ensuring deliverables are complete accurate traceable to requirements and ready for stakeholder review and approval

Manage external software vendors service providers and systems integrators including deliverables dependencies performance and Statement of Work support where applicable

Track project budgets forecasts resource consumption CAPEXOPEX alignment and other required technology finance measures

Adapt to and consistently use project management toolsets and methodologies while identifying practical opportunities for continuous improvement

Maintain and improve project documentation delivery workflows and operational practices so that project outcomes are repeatable and sustainable

Develop strategy roadmap and decision presentations in partnership with technology and business leads

Key Deliverables

Integrated program plan and milestone schedule covering the end-to-end implementation lifecycle

Current roadmap resource plan dependency map and prioritized action plan for each workstream

RAID and decision logs with owners due dates mitigations escalation status and closure evidence

Executive and working team status reports dashboards steering materials and program communications

Scope change control stakeholder communication and organizational change management artifacts

Test strategy and plan UAT schedule defect and readiness reporting acceptance tracking and deployment hypercare coordination

Complete project documentation and recommended improvements to MSC workflows toolsets methodologies and operational practices

Skills/Experience Required

7 years of demonstrated experience managing complex technology programs or a portfolio of related initiatives spanning multiple workstreams and lines of business

Proven delivery experience with software development

Variable Compensation: This position includes a bonus or variable payout component based on individual and organizational performance. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual''s skills, experience, performance and internal equity.
